Quantum Key West to Open Farr 400 Racing Season

Azure blue racing waters that are usually complemented by the reliable winds of Key West, Florida, will form the arena for the first skirmish of the 2013 season for the Farr 400 fleet, which will race within the new High Performance Class at Quantum Key West 2013 Regatta, January 20-25 2013.
